Thomas James Olmsted (born January 21, 1947) is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church who is now serving as the Archbishop of Washington. He is the present Bishop of Phoenix and the fourth Bishop of the Diocese of Phoenix. From 2001 to 2003, he served as Bishop of Wichita.
